Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in WMS, supply chain technology, or related enterprise applications. Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder or Manhattan WMS. Proven experience leading enterprise-level, end-to-end WMS implementations across multiple sites. Deep understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations at scale.
Experience designing WMSsolutions for retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or 3PL environments.
Ability to define and govern WMS architecture, integration strategies, and deployment standards. Strong leadership experience working with IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders. Experience with ERP, OMS, and automation integrations. Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, middleware, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Experience with automation, robotics, conveyor systems, and advanced material handling. Background in retail or ecommerce. Ability to shape WMS strategy and roadmap at an enterprise level. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
