Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity Leads business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications Formulates and defines the application scope and objectives and devise/modify procedures to solve complex business problems. Monitor and configure application performance and improve response times Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Product Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors Strong domain knowledge in the WMS solution to construct an overall architecture for current and future customer business needs Advises customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology Ability to estimate effort of task level implementation activities that are within the scope of the project and recommend appropriate role to execute those tasks Ability to ask pertinent questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture constraints Demonstrates and facilitates integration discussions of product functionality and product architecture Leads business process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of a project.
