This position will be **full-time** and **remote. ** **What You'll Do** + Understand and transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications + Lead and participate in the design and implementation of significant applications + Provide strategic direction and help lead efforts to optimize core Workday ERP & HCM application suite + Champion the adoption of reusable architecture patterns to create a high degree of solution agility + Identify and mitigate existing business risk(s) associated with solution architecture + Interface with stakeholders to ensure business needs are delivered in accordance with strategic direction, project expectations, and business priority + Design and oversee implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions + Collaborate with various departments to identify their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions + Provide guidance and direction to IT teams on technology standards and best practices + Ensure solutions are aligned with the enterprise architecture and IT strategy + Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies **What You'll Need** Required: + A Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent + 10+ years technology experience with a heavy emphasis on Workday + Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems + Proven track record of work experience as an architect, project manager, or developer + Certificates to demonstrate knowledge and competency + Exceptional Solution definition and problem-solving skills **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
