Workday HCM Associate Architect

As a Workday HCM Associate Architect in Kainos, you’ll be fully accountable for the quality of how we deliver Workday deployments across your capability or capabilities. 5+ years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations (with focuses on HCM, Core Compensation)Deep knowledge of Workday HCM core modules; experience with additional modules like Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent is a plus.Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologiesExcellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to client audiences Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required) Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration Excellent written and oral communication skills At Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
