Workday Solutions Architect

RGP is seeking a seasoned Workday Solutions Architect / Senior Workday HCM Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Workday solutions across complex, global organizations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to RGP clients and internal stakeholders, owning end-to-end Workday solution architecture across implementations, acquisitions, and post-production environments. What you will work on Progressive experience in HRIS and Workday, with senior-level ownership of solution design and delivery in enterprise environmentsDemonstrated experience as a Workday Solutions Architect, Senior HCM Architect, or Functional/Technical Lead on large-scale, global implementationsDeep hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting, Security, and IntegrationsProven success leading multi-phase global deployments, large workforce conversions (10,000+ employees), and HR system consolidationsStrong background in post-go-live governance, release management, stabilization, and continuous improvementExperience designing secure, compliant Workday architectures, including role-based security, audit frameworks, and segregation of dutiesAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions while influencing senior client stakeholdersAbility to work in the United States without sponsorship, no C2C.
